I may have already told you my therapist suggested TMS for me. I've been too busy trying yoga, acupuncture and neuromuscular massage lately to take the plunge so far (the amount of resources out there is head-spinning honestly). But it's always in the back of my mind.
No you didn't! I'd be happy to help you assess. Just pick one book - do you want something pragmatic or connect to emotionally. But either way I'm a big proponent. And I believe you can do both. It's a lil complicated but you'll get it.
