Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for sharing your experience, your writing was extremely powerful and vivid.

I’m interested in learning more about IST and can’t wait for your next piece.

I think documenting and writing about these experiences are so important because we’re trying to put language to something just out of reach. When I was reading, William James, Varieties of Religious Experience.

I’ve also been learning about The Third Eye. Sadhguru has some great content on YouTube about it

It is not easy to write about these experiences - you captured the chaos really well.

Looking forward to seeing where you go from here....

Ah. The NAC will help reduce the spike protein damage. Are you open to other treatments? I have articles from doctors along with studies.

Thank you for this. I'm actually taking a lot of what's listed there. Anything standout to you as hugely helpful? I'm going to take a photo of all the supplements and things in my regiment bc I'm taking everything from NAC to dandelion to IVM to Pattersons protocol to the cows coming home. I really like the ketotifen I added recently for mcas. I check my liver every few weeks too. Also I just learned the hard was that activated charchoal during that time of the month is a bad idea. Ps so sad to see the study on babies in Africa for the research. Thanks for all your supportive messages.

What an unbelievable story Rebecca. As someone who combines skepticism with openmindedness the way it seems you do, I can't wait to read the rest of your posts on this.

I'm trying out both reiki and energy-healing-through-movement soon, and have no idea what to expect. In the meantime, went to a sound bath recently (my second) and found it a disturbing experience - nothing like as trippy as your session, but not peaceful at all, very irritating, stirring up all kinds of anxieties and rages. Had to bash my piano for ages afterwards to get all the energy out. I interpret it as a good thing though - would rather have that energy moving around than blocking me up inside. Very curious about that third eye book now.

I'm really touched by your share. All the comments here hav made me feel like this effort is worthwhile. Thank you. So interesting regarding your experience, yes it seems that's what it's about, but it's har, even processing it afterward is hard and needs to be done in its proper time, even something like this book, when you treat it seriously it's powerful. Love that you play piano! Any links to ur music?

And isn't that what blogging's all about - taking all this stuff and sharing it honestly so other people can learn from it or resonate with it and feel less alone. Bravo.

And thanks for asking! Unfortunately my music's all released under my real name, so I have to keep it separate from the stuff I do here. Necessary as I find it, it can be inconvenient creating under a pseudonym at times!

My journey with Reiki healing has been great for healing emotional damage. I have had no luck with healing physical damage but IMO the mind/psyche must be fixed first and the body will follow. There was a guy who made a speech about his healing experience also, it was pretty awesome. I'm now Reiki Level 2 certified. Best of luck to you!

Your Mileage May Vary depending on what energy, and how much, you let in. It's tough because you have to open yourself to the energy, and that means being vulnerable. But it's easy to protect yourself from bad energy, just wrap yourself in white positive light. It's all in the mind. The mind is where the power is.

The whole process was difficult for me since I'm an engineer, though an open-minded skeptic. And I didn't deal with emotions well, because I'm a man. But I do now.

And if anyone wants a church that supports all this healing and woo woo stuff, they have online services every Sunday.

I'm finding the same @Bacca400. No progress on the body yet but learning so much about my mind, which may have downstream effects on the body later - and even if it doesn't, the emotions are so much more important. The person who did the energy healing hour with me gave me excellent affirmations to do that are already improving how I relate to others, which in turn will reduce the sort of muscular tension that leads to problems like mine in the first place. As a bonus, during the session I discovered how much energy I actually have trapped under all the layers of fatigue and ennui.

The reiki session's actually today - excited!

I found your substack, I like it!

Yes that's what I'm into as well. I believe the Creator is knowable, at least at the higher level intention, if not in the details. A Creator that sits back and lets us have experiences so we can learn from them, explains so much more of the universe than anything else IMO.

Thanks! My thinking about God shifts all the time - I used to be a pretty standard-issue Christian, then shed more and more of the conventional beliefs over the years until none of them were left. At the moment I'm inclined towards the idea that individual consciousnesses exist because God wants to experience reality through billions of different perspectives, all feeling they're separate from each other when they're ultimately not. In a way, then, we're all part of God, though I still treat the Creator as a separate entity and talk to Them. What none of us understand is why evil and pain have to be part of the picture - maybe a condition of there being such a thing as separate entities at all is that they come into conflict with each other sometimes.

Looking up the spiritualist website now - like you, I'm not looking for a religion as such, but am always interested in the ways spiritual people get together in communities to "walk each other home".

What's the church btw? Intrigued

Expand full comment

A Christian Spiritualist church has members that believe in what was common to Christianity before various synods, starting around 325AD, when the Holy Roman Empire (HRE, which refers to the Vatican) got control of the church. That is, they believe in reincarnation, astrology, talking to angels and spirits, energy healing, and the soul lives forever. It is not logical for us to believe we can learn all we need to learn in just one life.

They also believe in being open-minded, not judging, because people have their own path. If it's a bad path, they will learn from it, and that's the whole point. If it's a good path, so much the better, so judging others makes no logical sense from a personal growth perspective.

I would go to their web page, read about it, and see if it interests you. https://spiritualistfirstchurchoftruth.org/

Their core values are being kind, open-minded, and no censorship, shame or fear tactics are to be used. Many of them believe in masculine and feminine energies, and this universe has a bit more feminine energy.

Thus technically they are not a "religion" that holds to dogma for dogma's sake or for the sake of power. They want people to connect with God personally, and you don't need a priest to do that. Nor do you need to go to church if that's not on your path right now.

There are spiritualist associations in the US and UK. In the US there is the ISA and NSA.

Many people don't know this but astrology was supposed to be a "heads up this is coming" type of thing, but sheeple used it for personal gain and got lost in it. So that's why the Catholic Church banned it.

There are other similar belief systems for the Jews and Islam as well.

Thanks Richard. I appreciate your support. I've always been impressed with you ability to go beyond, I'm just a newbie in this extraterrestrial world, and encouraged by your words! It was really interesting for me to read how essentially when we are born the inside world is subsumed by the the outside world, and by doing this practice, the inside world becomes infinite again like before we were born. It would have sounded totally nuts to me before, but seeing those visions, it describes it perfectly! Hard to put in words but I tried, even though I felt like I was revisiting it all too soon --it was important for me to share!
